Company will merge with the O.K. Trans Praha spol. s r.o Company on 1 January 2020. Company will be terminated as a\u00a0result of the aforementioned merger and its activities will be transferred under the O.K. Trans Praha spol. s\u00a0r.o. Company. This means that 25 truck and trailer sets will be added to the O.K. Trans Praha spol. s\u00a0r.o. vehicle fleet.<\/p><p>The current complex at Lys\u00e1 nad Labem is also home to O. K. Trans Service, s.r.o., which has therefore become an addition to the branches in Ch\u00fdn\u011b, Otrokovice and Roudnice nad Labem.<\/p><p>The merger will become legally effective on 1 January 2020. We hereby inform all our customers and suppliers that your new business partner will be O.K.
