Trans Praha, spol. s.r.o. as a\u00a0business entity established in the Czech Republic is obliged to fulfill all legal obligations imposed by Czech legislation. With the advent of Loi Macron, and by extension MiLog, there arises the obligation for the company to additionally comply with, besides its own legislation on the minimum wage, the further legislative measures on the minimum wage of France and Germany that are unclear, illegible, and administratively very demanding. Any financial costs\u00a0 incurred thereby are borne by our company despite the fact that we are not a\u00a0business entity permanently operating in France, or Germany, respectively, and only ship to, or respectively, from those destinations as the free market of the EU allows.<br \/><br \/>Thank you,<br \/>O.K.
